Great experience. Needed a nice reading chair for my office. The owners explained to me the different options (since I was clueless) and showed me examples. The owners then kept me up to date of deliveries until one I was looking for came into the store. I purchased the chair and had it delivered almost the next day! The guys that delivered it were also awesome, very careful.
