This was one of the most efficient Dunkin donuts I've ever been to. The lady's there are awesome. They know the regulars and just confirm their usual order and move on to the next person. There was a line of about 8 people and I was out of there in 4 minutes
I must say I am disappointed that the North Cannan dunkin is no longer 24 hrs. I work nights and enjoyed stopping in at least twice per night. I can understand business decisions. What really angers me is taking a break to get there at 10:45pm and having them being out of coffee. Do they close at 11 or 10:40. That is poor business practice. Very unsatisfied customer right here.
I come here often, my coffee is always good, and my food always hot. I really enjoy the hash browns and ham egg and cheese.
Sat at the dive through menu for 5 minutes with nobody addressing our presence. We pulled up to the window and were greeted by a very short tempered and terse associate who told us we weren't using the drive through correctly (?) and then got half of our two-coffee order wrong.
I love Dunkin, but this location cN ever seem to get my coffee correct.
